I'll work with you to develop a unique experience for your next program or retreat.  Props will be provided. This journey can take place at your home, office, school, area park, or at a rented space. Specially themed experiences can include wisdom cards, setting intentions, meditation, breathwork, and energy balancing (crystals, chakras, bandhas, mudras, mantras, ethereal oils, crystals), along with yoga poses or flows.
